Bill Gates retired last Friday ...

So, I read news first thing Monday morning that Bill Gates has spent his last working day at Microsoft last Friday. Steve Ballmer thanked Bill at his farewell in a town hall with over 800 MS employees. Both of them were in tears. I can imagine such a moving moment even I was not there. Many people hate Bill as well as many love him, but he has changed life of just about everyone I know. Well, not really, rather MS has changed our way of living and how we conduct business, I guess. I still remember the days when Windows was nothing but a set of gadgets like digital clock, calculator. Windows 3.1 seemed last forever and WindowsNT was the OS for the 21st century. Now, I have three Apple laptops at home and a desktop PC with SCSI Zip drive that is almost 5 years old (reads really old).
